How did you get your start in Real Estate?
I began in 2016 as the Chief Assistant to one of the ‘Top 5 REALTORS in Denver’. In my two years in this position I assisted in over 200 transactions. It was the best education I could have received in the industry. I managed new construction projects with multiple units, assisted Buyers, Sellers, Investors- you name it, we probably did it. I was trained by the best and this experience sets me apart from my competition.
What makes you different than the other Realtors I know?
I bring a unique edge to the table with two decades of managing clients' conflicting desires, amounting to millions annually in account management. Real estate parallels this, as each client's needs differ. What did you do before you got into Real Estate?
After extensive experience in the corporate world, managing multi-million dollar accounts and coping with the stress of travel and fluctuating sales quotas, I found that it no longer fulfilled me. Yet, I remained eager to apply the skill set I had meticulously developed and, most importantly, sought work that held true meaning. The realm of real estate has far surpassed these expectations.

What do you love about real estate?
I'm truly passionate about analytics, market trends, and mastering pricing strategies to ensure precise property listings. My expertise shines in complex transactions with high emotional stakes, where I derive immense satisfaction from achieving successful outcomes. Notably, I've had the privilege of facilitating several remarkable transactions, showcasing my commitment to managing expectations, emotions, and results. I've provided expert assistance to a newly widowed individual, effectively marketed properties with potential stigmas, and skillfully resolved conflicts among heirs, consistently leaving sellers exceedingly content.
What else do you do besides real estating?
I'm passionate about tennis, gardening, travel, and spending quality time with my teenager. I moved to Colorado to attend CU Boulder and have been here (mostly) since graduating in 1996 – GO BUFFS! With 23 homes under my belt since age 18, I'm no stranger to moving. Real estate runs in my family, with my father and grandfather being builders, so it's in my genes. If I weren't in real estate, I'd consider a career as a private detective or (an older) professional tennis player. I'm grateful to call Golden, CO my home and fortunate to be surrounded by a wonderful circle of friends and family.
